The world has been designed to constantly renew itself and the most important aspect in essence is learning how to do it with oneself, in order to always grow and improve.
And so, when you least expect it, you are building an internal renewal that does not imply ceasing to be who you are.

Nothing is static, everything renews itself, the universe, the seasons of the year, the flowers, the sea, and likewise, our blood does too, because we live in a world that expresses renewal.

Ask yourself questions and look for answers, thus, in certain situations you will discover what unites and not what separates.

Only then, and in this way, will we be in the same space-time, again, and with a better version of ourselves.
